Official Rules and Terms of Entry
1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates of Cashco Financial, and their immediate family members (parents, siblings, children), are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 8:00 a.m. on May 9th 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. on May 19th 2025 (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period. Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. Method of Entry
To participate in the Contest, eligible entrants must complete and submit the official entry form available on the designated contest webpage during the Contest Period. Only entries that are fully completed in accordance with the instructions provided will be considered valid. Incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant entries will be declared void and ineligible for the prize draw.
5. Winner Selection
A random draw will be conducted by Cashco Financial on or about May 21th 2025 from among all eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification and Verification
The selected entrant will be notified via email/social media within seventy-two (72) hours of the contest ending. It is the winner’s responsibility to check their email, including the spam/junk folder. Cashco Financial is not responsible for any failure to receive the notification due to email filtering issues. Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim their prize. Prizes will be distributed within seventy-two (72) hours after winner confirmation.
7. Prize
The prize consists of 2 x $500 Gift Cards. The prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, each participant consents to the use of their name, likeness, image, and social media handle by Cashco Financial for advertising and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Incomplete or Invalid Entries
Cashco Financial is not responsible for incomplete, lost, misdirected, or delayed entries. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms shall be void.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes. If the entrant has opted-in to receive marketing communications, their information may also be used for that purpose. All personal data will be handled in accordance with Cashco Financial’s Privacy Policy.
11. Contest Administration
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, or any other third-party platform. All inquiries related to the Contest should be directed exclusively to Cashco Financial.
12. Amendments
Cashco Financial reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any material changes will be communicated via the official contest platform. Continued participation following any updates shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
